This is very professional looking. While researching the company, it surprised me to know how afraid of technology the founder, Sam Walton was.
ReplyDeleteI agree Wanda it is very surprising to me also to know how afraid Mr. Walton was of technology. But nevertheless as I take online class here at UOP I found that technology is a highly sophisticated and rapidly changing resource that I am still trying to adjust to. I must say I am beginning to enjoy it!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI really like our blog. It is very appealing to the eye and looks professional. While researching on www.CIO.com, I learned that the CIO of Wal-Mart does not earn a million dollar salary from a billion dollar producing company. Other Fortune 500 CIOs, however, do earn million dollar salaries from their companies. The article stated that Wal-Mart does not know the worth of their CIO. Rollin Ford earned only $646,154 in 2009. I believe that the CIO's job is as important as the CEO's duties.
